On Hand Products

For products that are currently in stock, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Pre-Order Products

For pre-order items, please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. Pre-order products are specially made to order and require additional time to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Rates

We offer a consistent shipping rate based on your location. The shipping costs are as follows:

• Domestic (within same city): $5.00
• Within the State: $10.00
• Nationwide (outside the state): $15.00
• International: $25.00

These rates are flat fees and will be applied during the checkout process.

Order Processing

• Process Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
